Is that another Ferrari-esque sidepod too? If Aston Martin keep that level of prominence on the race livery, it won't be ...

Re: 2018 F1 Launch Dates

The Red Bull launch is today. Last year everyone thought they were going to see something amazing but they pulled the covers off to reveal a fairly uninspiring machine, followed by a month of comments about waiting to see the real car at the first test, second test, first race, before realising that...

Re: race today

I always forget its on. I dont understand why so many manufacturers are involved in it now when they cannot actually develop the cars?? The development is restricted to the power train only, but that suits the manufacturers perfectly as the technology is supposed to transfer strai...

Not really much detail visible in the pics yet. https://www.haasf1team.com/sites/default/files/6_HF1_VF18_THREE_WIDE_EMAIL.j...

I had really been looking forward to the new Amazon series, following McLaren in 2017. In my mind, it was going to be an update to the amazing BBC series covering the full 1993 season that really helped me build my interest in F1. Instead they made four half hour episodes, covering the final stages ...

Re: Welcome back

Is "feeback" a thing now or just a typo?

Re: race today

Even if the new car looked like a dog, the fact that they will ditch the ridiculous car swaps will be a massive improvement for the sport. Then they really need to get some continuity in the calendar and particularly avoid the huge gaps between so many of the races. Ideally, I would like to see them...

Age may be catching me up. Last week I was adding soy sauce to a stir fry (slightly distracted by my daughter asking if hedgehogs have mouths). I put maybe a quarter of a bottle in before registering a kind of acrid smell. It turned out I had the Worcester sauce bottle instead. Worse, though, I was ...

Re: 2018 F1 Launch Dates

Who is looking forward to the whining about halos reaching peak tedium? It was interesting that the new generation of Formula E car actually made a halo look good, so maybe some of the teams will achieve something similar. I will be intrigued to see if Ferrari retain their sidepod design this season...
