Yup. Haven’t missed many since my Dad got me up early to watch the first UK one in 1976!

Watching on Sky. There’s always a deal available if you get to speak to the right person (usually cancellations dept). It costs me about £10 a month more than the standard package.

might just watch the odd one on nowtv but ill probably stick with Ch4.
The product isn't good enough to pay for a sky subscription.

Sadly it seems that Charlie Whiting won't be watching this weekend. RIP Charlie :(

Indeed, RIP Charlie.

I'll be watching, NOWTV are offering full F1 for £189 for the year but i decided against.
There's going to be 'some' cricket on this year so there's going to be some crossover between month and day passes and a 'free' event at silverstone so i'm better off (just) by buying race day and watching C4 delayed qually.

The same offer was good last year for £150 but i guess now it's nearly fully pay-walled it's time to take the p1$$

Indeed. There's a separate RIP thread with a link to the BBC article.

I was planning on buying the NowTV F1 pass this year until they announced the price. £200 now isnt it? no thanks.

Race 1 I believe is going to be on Sky 1 anyway which I "borrow" a nowtv entertainment subscription for. Subsequent races I'll either watch on highlights or if Mcdonalds are doing the trade 3 monopoly tokens for a nowtv pass I'll get a few nowtv day passes that way over the next couple of months.

Having said that, looks like Merc are going to be dominant yet again so I'll be having a lay in tomorrow and perhaps sunday as well and skip the sky 1 coverage afterall. No way am I getting up early just to watch that spoilt jackass cruise to an easy win thanks to his car again.

ooops.

Was browsing nowtv offers and had a bit of a clicking issue.

The F1 pass offered at £195 is actually a full sky sports 9 month offer. to buy monthly passes this would cost £297 so it's quite a saving if you enjoy a few other sports.
My clicking (waiting for page to load) issue has now netted me this offer and i've checked it all out, i have all the sky sports channels. :getin:

F1, cricket world cup and the ashes are mine, I'd best get the beer in :D :pint: :pint: :pint: :pint: :pint:

*edit to post.
Just checked the T&C's
This is a one off payment but it will roll on at £33 per month if i don't cancel in december....I may try to cancel now so i don't forget.
